Meet Kia’s market disrupting EV9. A fully electric 7-seater SUV reshaping the way Kia moves.
Their most advanced offering to date, tech-loaded with striking design; the EV9 is going head-to-head with established brands such as Range Rover, BMW and Mercedes for a slice of the premium car market.
This manoeuvre in brand positioning meant Kia needed to rethink their vehicles of communication.

The Big Positive Impact

Inspired by the boldness of the EV9, we crafted a unique design for all communication and launch that reflected the character of the car. Illuminating and highlighting the headline with led lights and shapes that reflected the distinct headlights, and we used the cutting-edge geometric design of the vehicle throughout each communication.
Pushing the boundaries of design meant Kia could reverse preconceptions and inspire affluent car owners.

The Headlines

The launch email out-performed – achieving a significant increase on industry standards with a 72% open rate and 43% click through.
A pattern of success that has continued across EDMS successfully pushing consumers down the sales funnel.
