Covid-19 Statement
Long form statement
With the Covid-19 situation quickly escalating in the UK, we want to reaffirm that looking after people is our highest priority. This includes our clients and suppliers as well as our own staff and their families. Afterall, our business is built on the passion, expertise and creativity of the people who work for us and with us.
What we’re doing to protect people
Following government advice, krow Ireland is encouraging staff to work at home to prevent and reduce infections. And, we’re doing everything we can to support our staff working remotely.
Some impact on agency life is unavoidable. However, we’re working with our staff to use resources, like server bandwidth, effectively, so that any disruption to the day-to-day business of the agency is minimalised for our clients and suppliers.
When we do encounter any challenges, we’ll try to find a solution that works for everyone. Answering our client’s needs creatively and with good humour. But inevitably there may be occasions when we will need to chat about what’s achievable under these extraordinary circumstances.
Keeping in touch
Your usual agency contacts remain your first port of call. They’ll remain reachable by phone, email and conferencing software – or, if they are unable to work, they’ll provide alternative contacts on their out-of-office.
We’ll also keeping the website/page updated with our current status.
